These weekly sessions offer a welcoming space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the present moment through Buddhist mindfulness and meditation practice.

Whether you are completely new to meditation or have an established practice, all are welcome. Each session will include gentle guidance, silent meditation, and reflections rooted in Shin Buddhist teachings that encourage compassion, gratitude, and inner awareness.

Meditation can help cultivate calm, clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection with ourselves and others. Through regular practice, we learn to meet life with greater openness, balance, and appreciation for each moment.
