Fong Is BCA’s New Digital Content Assistant

Stephanie Fong is the new part-time Digital Content Assistant reporting to BCA Director of Operations Gayle Noguchi.

Fong joined the BCA staff on Jan. 3. Working primarily remotely, she will perform a broad range of duties in collaboration with the Communications Committee and the Technology and Outreach Subcommittee to carry out BCA’s communications and outreach strategy.

She brings to BCA impressive experience as a designer with a focus in marketing and graphic design.

Fong grew up in the Buddhist Church of Sacramento. She may already be familiar to BCA members who have visited the Jodo Shinshu Center in Berkeley, California.

On display in the JSC dining room is a drawing Fong did as a third-grader for the BCA art contest held to commemorate Shinran Shonin’s 750th memorial in 2011.

As a member of the national organization staff, Fong is especially excited  to use her talents and skills to support BCA programs and initiatives that serve young adults.

“I am grateful for the countless opportunities and experiences that this community has created for me,” Fong said. “Through this position, I hope to give back to the people and programs that helped shape me into the person I am today.”

She can be reached at sfong@bcahq.org.

To complement this effort, implementing the best seo outreach practices could significantly amplify the impact of their digital presence. By creating targeted content and connecting with relevant communities online, the Buddhist Churches of America could enhance engagement and attract a broader audience to their valuable resources.
